From the very first swing to the rally that finally clicks. Our sessions give you something to work on, someone to play with and a reason to come back.
Start with the basics: how to hold the racket, move your feet and keep a rally going. Plenty of practice, clear guidance and no pressure to get it right first time.
For players who can hold a rally and want more time on court. Friendly doubles, rotating partners and sessions built around playing, not rankings.
Time to work on what matters to you. A coach helps you choose a focus, practise with purpose and take what you learn into your next game.
Progress isn’t always a score. Sometimes it’s simply wanting to play again.
A little reassurance before you step onto the court.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST RALLY
Absolutely. Tell us you are starting from scratch and we will help you find a beginner-friendly session.
Not for your first visit. Ask about borrowing a racket when you get in touch, and we will confirm what is available.
Come along to a social session. We help match players and rotate partners, so there is no need to arrive with someone.
Comfortable sportswear and suitable court shoes. Bring water and check the weather before an outdoor session.
